Not ‘normal’, per se, but personally I’d not think twice about it and get riding. It’s a commuter bike: scratches are inevitable, and these are very minor.

Expensive bike. If you’re unhappy, you should let them know. Put your own scratches on it.

Mine had a couple of paint chip when it arrived. I ended up getting a coupon for a discount, as I could remember. They are helpful.

It will get scratched anyway. But you can tell them and they might give you a discount.

It shouldn’t arrive scratched. But once you start using it for its intended purpose (riding) you must learn to accept scratches.
