  1. Not ‘normal’, per se, but personally I’d not think twice about it and get riding. It’s a commuter bike: scratches are inevitable, and these are very minor.

    Expensive bike. If you’re unhappy, you should let them know. Put your own scratches on it.

    Uncommon but it’s a possibility if you’re unhappy you can most likely get it swapped out.

  4. For smaller scratch a got a free large Brompton bag worth 170 euros than. I haven’t even asked. They proposed it before shipping.

    Mine had a couple of paint chip when it arrived. I ended up getting a coupon for a discount, as I could remember. They are helpful.

    It will get scratched anyway. But you can tell them and they might give you a discount.

    You’ll scratch it plenty, but I agree with the others, the shop should at least send you a freebie or something in return.

    It shouldn’t arrive scratched. But once you start using it for its intended purpose (riding) you must learn to accept scratches.
