I live in the US and things are very different from what i see here. The police in the US have to actually see a crime being committed before they can pull someone over. They have no way of knowing who the driver actually is until they pull them over. They have no way of knowing if their license is suspended until they pull them over. In this video for the UK it seems they watch public cameras and they already know if someone is driving without a license or insurance before they stop them. And how do they know these people are involved with drug dealing or in possession of drugs before they pull them over? This is all very strange to me but very interesting. Maybe if things worked like this here in the US we wouldn't have the amount of crime we have.
