  1. I don’t see any questions, but no I don’t really get any more or less wrist or elbow pain riding now than I did when I was younger, and certainly nothing that lasts days. I still get wrist pain from hard impacts when my tyres are too hard, so I run my front a little softer than I would actually like. It’s fine, since I use my hands for work, and I need them functional. If I’m not wrong, based on the video, you’re riding those suckers pretty hard. I’d test running them like 10% softer. Nothing more is needed, tbh. Just a little bit of shock absorption is what you’re looking for, not suspension or grip like running an MTB soft.

    Context: I’m 30, and I stopped riding BMX when I was about 20/21, although I did ride a DJ for about two years before hopping back over to a 20-inch.
