Picked up the bike after a 12-13 year pause and damn do my wrists and elbows hurt. Stoked to get these clips from the past month but the day after brings noticeable pain, especially with movements involving external rotation. Any tips in terms of geometry or exercises/warmups?
Question for those coming back to BMX after a long time

I don’t see any questions, but no I don’t really get any more or less wrist or elbow pain riding now than I did when I was younger, and certainly nothing that lasts days. I still get wrist pain from hard impacts when my tyres are too hard, so I run my front a little softer than I would actually like. It’s fine, since I use my hands for work, and I need them functional. If I’m not wrong, based on the video, you’re riding those suckers pretty hard. I’d test running them like 10% softer. Nothing more is needed, tbh. Just a little bit of shock absorption is what you’re looking for, not suspension or grip like running an MTB soft.
Context: I’m 30, and I stopped riding BMX when I was about 20/21, although I did ride a DJ for about two years before hopping back over to a 20-inch.
