but the frame size bothers me a bit. Will it be too small for me? How noticeable is that?

It’s pretty much perfect
It’s very much on the short side, ideally you’d be looking at a 21 or possibly a 21.25″
I’m 6’2” and hated my 21.25. Went down to 20.75 and all is right in the world. YMMV
