The heat is officially turning up in southern Spain! 🥵 As I make my way toward Jerez de la Frontera, the landscapes are transforming, the temperatures are touching the mid-30s, and I am definitely needing to carry more water.
From an Australian-feeling stealth campsite packed with flies and mosquitoes to cycling past stunning sunflower fields, vineyards, and even more flamingos, Andalusia is putting on quite a show. I also take a quick wander around Jerez, where the architecture, colors, and atmosphere are starting to feel beautifully Moroccan.

That southern heat is no joke! 🥵 I’m definitely going to have to up my water storage game moving forward. Jerez is absolutely stunning though, and it’s incredible to feel the cultural shifts the further south I get.
