Complete bike newbie looking at getting my first road bike and saw this 2019 Allez on FB for $350. Seller says they changed the handle bars and swapped to a ec90 seat. It's the right size for me so fit shouldn't be an issue, is there anything else I should look out for (tire tread, chain, etc)? Thanks in advance!

My phone is kinda blurry but if it’s a Claris groupset you can do better for the price point.
Seems like a lot of money for an aluminum bike with rim brakes. It’s also, 7 years old? I’d expect to find something with a nicer group set and discs for that price. But I’m not currently looking so my expectations may be off.
