Bought the Magicshine VTG 1000 set for my G-line alongside the dedicated G-line mount. It is entirely hopeless and does not fit if you have luggage and guards. Checked the images and website carefully before purchasing.
Worse, Magicshine UK refused the return as I had attempted to fit it.

I wonder if you could buy a shorter fender or cut it off partially.

In case you’re interested in salvaging it, you can get GoPro mount extensions to push the light forward past the fender for cheap online.
Just buy a longer mounting arm? I had an issue with my Cateye light when the bag was full it would sometimes rub on the top of the light so I bought a cheap longer arm off Amazon that I could angle down a bit more, problem solved.
Do they advertise it as working with the g line?
Longer mounting arm, eerder makes a lovely one, I use it with a son under a large bag.
