I personally couldn’t true mine when something similar happened but I guess it wouldn’t hurt to ask a bike shop.

If it’s just some broken spokes, then yes, definitely repairable. Take it to a shop, ask if they rebuild wheels.

This can most likely be repaired. It would mean you have to measure the correct length of your spokes (measure an intact one), order some online and maybe a guide on YouTube to get as far as you can if you want to do it yourself. Otherwise take it to a bike shop if you want to avoid the hassle.

is the rim itself still in perfect shape ? and just off center from the missing spokes it does it actually look like bent?

Detension the entire wheel and see how bad the rim is. You can try relacing it. If you can’t get it to be relatively straight with relatively even tension, you’ll likely keep breaking spokesĀ

Carbon rim? Yeah, no problem. Fix the spokes, re-tension, job’s a good ‘un.

Off topic, but I love that green paint job

There’s no problem here. You’ve broken three spokes, so the remaining spokes are pulling the rim in one direction, with no corresponding tension to pull it back the other way, so it’s out of true, or wobbly.
Assuming the rim isn’t cracked in any way you’ll need to work out the replacement spoke length, buy new spokes and nipples, remove the tire and rim tape and then install the new spoke. Good as new.
It’s quite a rewarding process learning how to do this yourself with some basic tools, but any bike shop would also be able to fix this. YouTube is also your friend here and you could do it with a spoke wrench and a cheap tension meter.
How did you snap 3 spokes? That takes some doing, unless they’re Carbon fiber?

Replace the spokes and then see if you can true the wheel yourself, otherwise shop

Spokes can be replaced. No prob if you know how to true a wheel and if not you can look it up on Sheldon brown, in the park tool big blue book, or on youtube.
Getting the tension on the spokes right takes a little time.
This may well fix you right up.
But some times if you replace the broken spokes you find later more spokes keep breaking. Sometimes all the spokes are weakened and then it may be a sign its time to replace all the spokes.
This means re laceing the wheel, which takes time and patience. Alternately in this day in age some people would just be. replacing the whole wheel.

The rim is bent because the spokes are set to a certain tension, so removing 1 or in this case 3 will alter the rim’s shape laterally and sometimes vertically. Replacing the spokes and tensioning the wheel will remedy the problem. Take it to a shop.
