I got an AllRoad from Outlet in XL.

To make it comfortable, I immediately had to:

– increase the stack (by flipping the Stem)

– move det saddle forward ( 2cm past the markings).

I would still like a slightly higher stack.

Does this say anything about the size being too small/big?

Or is this just normal adjusting?

Im 193, inseam 90 and weight 103kg. Im in-between sizes.

Kind Regards,

Kim

It appears you are looking for bike fitting help. Please make sure you post as screenshot of the Canyon size chart for your bike, with your point in it. See [this example](https://imgur.com/a/ALUfXyy)

  2. … to make it comfortable …. what was uncomfortable about it before changes?
The saddle looks too much forward possibly putting too much pressure on your hands. Might be worth reducing the reach by shorter stem, not slamming the saddle forward.

That could sort out most of the uncomfort. I cant see how one would need even higher stack than that. Unless you got some condition having short arms or smth.

I am almost the same (same height 88-89 inseem).
I was today on a pre purchase bike fit, they said L should be a bit better, but XL fits too.
If you take an L you will be in the same saddle height, but you will have a lower handlebar.
