Hi all! Help! As you can see from the video I can’t get brake to just sit in the middle. I was fiddling trying to adjust it so it actually stopped the bike but I’ve made it worse.
That bolt at the rear of the fork doesn’t seem to loosen or tighten either.
Please help, and then also tell me how to get these brakes set up!!

I should say that the way its sitting now leaves one of the pads rubbing on the wheel so it’s unusable currently
There should be wrench flats on the post behind the brake arms. You loosen the nut on the back of the fork crown, align it with a wrench on the flats and tighten the nut on the back of the fork crown. Two wrenches and two hands required.
Generally brakes like this work very poorly and are difficult to adjust, but to the extent it’s possible, it’s detailed in [this video](https://youtu.be/UOrIVc5lG-k?si=fBHIVYq9PQXinGkb&t=506)
When I used to work on building kids bikes like these, I would take a wrench (12 or 13mm maybe?) to the spacer that’s holding the spring arms (it looks brass on this bike) and turn it towards the side with too much space. It’s sandwiched in the stack firmly but it should be able to move with a bit of manual persuasion and the brake arms will come to sit more evenly.
Tighten the nut behind the fork while squeezing the brakes shut.
