That is a $200 bike at most around my parts.
That looks like a 2019 model without disc brakes. I wouldn’t pay more than 300 for that and regularly see it for 250. For 400 you can get an fx 3 gen 3
Not really.
These sold new for 399 about a year ago. I sold a customer one for 350 new because I literally couldn’t get rid of it for months. So no not a deal at all.
