BLINKERS

What is it like to ride?

Ride1UP Prodigy V2
Feels like you are lance armstrong. Middrive motors still give you all the feeling of a bike ride. Maybe this is your exercise, but you just can’t keep up with someone, or maybe the hills are a bit too much these days.

Brose middrive, German made with 90n.m

*explain middrives*

Class 3, up to 28mph with pedal assistance only

30-50 mile range

About half the price of other middrive bikes from big brands.

High quality and very affordable

Velotric Summit 1
Looks awesome
Fast, smooth, versatile with cadence or torque sensor
Class 3, 28MPH but I have been getting up to 30 or 31 even with just throttle

  2. am one of those guys that feel he wants the best, of every thing, but am 72 now,and what a well rounded e-bike,that being said i need to ride on the street legally, unless am a illegal than it doesn't matter, i want a cop free harassment bike,i liked those bikes but something is missing, help

  3. Mike, I've been going back and forth between the Mokwheel Tarmac and the Velotric Summit 1. I'm leaning towards the Tarmac. What do you think? Which one is the better bang for your buck??

  4. Don’t buy an ebike until the battery technology gets better right now they are to dangerous to be in your house 🏠 you will have to store them in your house to keep the battery πŸͺ« from freezing πŸ₯Ά or getting to hot πŸ₯΅. Battery fires are real you will kick 🦡 yourself in the A if you burn πŸ”₯ down your house 🏠.

  5. You don’t need a 40 or 50 mile per hour Ebike if so just buy a motorcycle 🏍️ plus e-bikes that are that fast are illegal on most roads they are considered motorcycle 🏍️ plus you can’t ride them on trails

  6. Dude, why are you promoting this short cut lifestyle to to the lazy, fat, computer game playing, mobile phone addicted soft boys? I am sure you never got fit by taking short cuts. The whole concept of needing a push uphill goes against the grain of what cycling is supposed to be about. One of which is earning your rewards in life and having patience. Think of how physically impaired athletes who might be an amputee or born physically disadvantaged some how, or really quite old athletes are revered for their grit, determination and drive. We love those guys, right. E mountainbiking for supposedly fit able bodied younger men is the complete antithesis of this simple idea. How many times have I been on a trail when some soft boy, nonchanently passes by, with no wave, no hello, no nothing, apart from an air of smugness to cover their deep down shame that they don't have what it takes. I remember being out on the road once and catching a guy on an e road bike, one of the first things he said to me was '' I'm cheating'' He knows, you all know, just stop already.,.

  7. At these prices I think I’ll just stick with my 60km range Xiaomi 5 Max escooter which pretty much translates to about 40/45km of real life range with my driving style and weight (I drive it at max speed pretty much all the time, 25km/h and I’ve got 80kg) and I paid €600 for it

  8. Thanks for the recommendations. I really like the look of the velotric and might even pick up a lectric for general zipping around.

  9. The more I try to find out about e-bikes,the more confused I am. Every article is by someone pushing a certain brand. I’ll probably just buy a motorcycle and be done with it.

  10. I thought about buying an e bike. My concern is how long they will last. I have 15 speed touring bike that I have had for 30 plus year, and still going.the motors, controllers and battery don't not last very long.I see people being in e bikes that have constant issues. but the concept is interesting. With this technology you should be able to up grade as technology advances.

  11. I really wish people wouldn't use the term "E-bike" for things that are clearly mopeds (above class 2 and built like a brick shithouse). It's not a moped-style bicycle, it's a moped with pedals tacked on for show. It even needs to be registered as a road vehicle in most of the United States and pretty much everywhere else…

  12. I have discount codes for many e-bike brands!
Brands include Aventon, Ride1Up, Mokwheel, Fiido, Engwe, and more.

Comment your brand and country, and I’ll share the code with you! πŸ”₯
