Hi, recently got back into biking and decided to start doing uber eats in my spare time with it (gives me more excuses to use it) how is it possible to attach a rack for the bag onto the back? I saw videos where it was mounted onto a platform at the back? What would they be called? I havent biked in over 10 years

You most likely (the pic is low resolution) need a rack for a bike without rack mounts. They are available on amazon and the usual places. Racks are pretty standard and have accommodations for bags.
Why not sell this and get a bike better suited for food delivery service like a utility/short tail cargo bike? Modifying this while possible with racks still won’t make it great at food delivery stuff as they has inherent needs that a road bike can’t easily provide
Hey it should be super easy, look for a standard back rack with bolt mounting and flexible stays, like this one. it connect right above your rear axel and right behind your seat tube on your wheel stays
