It’s really only if you like the frame. I personally don’t think a steel framed bike with rim brakes is worth more than $750-$800, but it seems like All City and Surly always go for more on the used market.
Any pictures of the drivetrain? Looks like first generation 11 speed 105. It comes down to the condition of the consumables. It would suck to spend 1k and then put another 500 to 800 into service and parts. I agree with the other comment that All Cities tend to go for a premium.
Got it for $380. Frame is in perfect condition. Needs new wheels
The paint is sick it would be hard to ever want to replace that matched fork!
