Hello, I am working on a front derailleur Shimano Nexave. The problem is, it doesn’t engage all 3 front gears. 1-2 gear all possible, but it doesn’t wants to go in 3 gear ( highest gear) . Also the shifter stays stuck between 2-3. What am I doing wrong ? Thank you

Limit screw may be stopping it going into third either that or you need more cable tension but I’d start with the limit screw. It’s the two Phillips head screws sticking out of the top of the derailer. They fine tune how far it can move so it doesn’t drop the chain.
