
I’ve been jumping for about a year now and I’ve really been trying to improve my form lately. I still don’t feel like I have a great deal of control in the air enough to land safely, but not enough to try and move my bars around or feel floaty if that makes sense. I’m really trying to dig my heels into the lip, but I noticed that I still bend my knees at the very end of the jump, I’ve been trying to fix that forever and I just can’t break the habit. Does anybody have advice?
