Great video!
What’s a safe alternative for those with sciatica?
For people with knee issues, is the towel method just as effective?
Have you heard that Apple Cider Vinegar (tablespoon) relieves the pain.? I tried & sure helps: 1 tablespoon. I was suspicious, but tried & sure helps relieve pain which helps to do exercises without pain. Don’t know why: but it sure helps.
I mentioned leg cramps in a senior citizen meeting. The room exploded where everyone had something to say about their leg cramp experience. Apparently it is very common and frustrating especially during the middle of the night. I've been taking apple cider vinegar with the mother. It helped tremendously, not 100% but pretty close.
Great video! Thanks! 🙏🏻

how about feet cramps? are there any excercises for feet cramps?
I would love to have calf cramps for a change! Instead I have thigh cramps (front, back, and inner which is the worst). Also terrible foot cramps which cause my big toes to rise straight up and stay there: not even someone pulling hard on them can get them down. I never have had a cramp while exercising, only hours later when relaxing. I am 70 and a cyclist, ceramicist, walker, and gardener. I do 30-50 flights of stairs each day. I take diuretics for blood pressure also. Salt, water, electrolytes, fruit and vegetables, and I keep a jar of mustard by my bed. A big scoop of this gets me out of a cramp in about two minutes. Then up every two hours during the night to urinate. Seems that while most things in my life have been positive, these cramps are just a price I have to pay. They are very bad, and leave me sore for days.
So, what is CAUSING the leg cramps? I'm aware that when someone over exercises or injures a muscle group, those muscles secreat a substance that works like a temporary 'cast' for the damaged area. I'm wondering is same for cramps. Or, ….??
Thank you for the Stretches re leg cramps. I get severe, intense CALF cramps. Horrible. I'm going to try your stretches. T.Y. 🙂
I need everything that you mentioned, so thank you! I am wondering about walking. Is there a style of walking that will help, and along with that a better type of shoes to help prevent the muscles from cramping.
Man i tried the stretching on my bed after having one in my calf , i then had on in the back of my thigh. Omy they hurt .. almost worse than the toothache
Thanks for the valuable advice
Can you please help me with insomnia because sometimes I feel very tired but I can't seems to fall asleep, is there any minerals that can help me to fall asleep when I feel exhausted but sleep will not come. I hate taking sleeping tablets. Thank you ❤
Thanks from here in the U.S. The calf stretches work. Ive been having twitching and cramps at night. Going to also up my magnesium and calcium intake as well, but the exercises are great. Blessings and cheers.
I have tried all this and sorry but still getting cramps
Thanks. You've covered cramps of the calf muscles, the quads and the hamstrings, which is excellent. But what about cramps of the inner thigh muscles (adductors and psoas)? For me they cause 15 minutes of excruciating pain and I haven't found out how to stretch my way out of them. What exercises can help to prevent them?
Cramps HURT!😡😔
INNER THIGH,,IS HORRIBLE WAKE ME UP LATE. IN THE NIGHT..CANT STAND THIS PAIN. CAN T EVEN WALK AFTER..BC IM M SORE
Thank you so much!
