Swapped out my flat bar cockpit (Nitto 90-190 stem, VO Seine bars, Dia Compe brake levers and thumbies) for Riv / Nitto Albastache bars, technomic deluxe stem, Shimano Dura Ace bar end shifters and BL-R400 brake levers. Still tweaking the height and roll of the bars to get it just right, but really enjoying the vastly different ride feel.

I think I’m leaning towards your old stem for my next setup.
I used to have a High Plains setup like the first pic. It was XO-1 inspired, and had a full black LX group on it that went with the splatter paint really well. One of the bikes I regret selling on.
