It’s a conversion though. Zero room to adjust anything, just look at the rear dropouts. Price is good but there is a reason he is selling it. Probably a trap.
Dang, if it wasnt for the dropouts it would be an obvious buy. I think you would need a tensioner for this?

Mid italian frame, Gitane is not the fanciest brand
That front wheel is sick, you can resell it for a decent amount of money
Sizing crazy frames like these is difficult so make sure to try it out if you are picking it up locally
But this has a lot of potential if you are looking for a cool frame to rebuild with 700c wheels later, not a bad choice at all
