  1. Any non big box store bike that has been well maintained and is rideable is a good deal for a $100. Trek makes nice bikes. Take the dork disc off your real wheel.

  2. It looks like my Verve 3 from 2016. Around $600 new back then. Should be a comfortable bike.

    That’s a solid score for a hundred bucks, especially if the drivetrain shifts clean and the brakes aren’t mushy. Trek’s entry level stuff is designed to last and those Verve models are basically the definition of reliable commuter geometry. Just get it tuned up if it’s been sitting and you’re golden.
