Picked this up a few days ago. So far just one ride – felt much more responsive vs my previous BMC Roadmachine. Position is lower and more stretched but not anything ridiculous.

I swapped the 28mm tyres for 32mm Continental GP 5000 and there is plenty of clearance.

Overall I like the style and look of the bike. The paint work doesn’t “pop” I’m yet to see it outdoors in full sunshine. Hoping it will grow on me. The 60mm wheels rode great and felt like they helped maintain speed vs my previous DT Swiss 45mm. I’m yet to see how they feel on any climbs.

Made in Taiwan – so was my more expensive lower spec “Swiss” BMC 🙂

  1. The lower part of the seat tube ruins the bike for me. Don’t care it adds compliance, it can be done more aesthetically pleasingly. I do like the rest
