The fender was originally attached to a front pannier rack that I took off because I don’t have any front panniers. I didn’t realize the brake would get in the way. Is there anyway way to install it?
Is there anyway to install this fender around my disc brake?

If youre confident with some hardware improvisation then Id go to the hardware store and get a long M5 bolt and some nuts to lock it down.
Edit: or buy these [spacers](https://analogcycles.com/products/alloy-bolt-spacers-m5-m6)

You might have to fabricate a very long barrel spacer that allows the clearance you need. It doesn’t have to be metal, you could make it out automotive hydraulic brake line, plastic tubing or even a hollowed out wood dow and a long screw.
A longer bolt and two nuts (no pun intended): insert the the bolt in pannier slot and lock it with one nut, insert the second nut then screw the bolt on the fork and lock it with the second nut against the fork.
Or buy the spacers: [https://ridepdw.com/products/fender-spacers-v2](https://ridepdw.com/products/fender-spacers-v2)
Spacers and a longer bolt will be reet
Spacers and longer bolts. I used some old derailleur pulley bushings, because I had a few laying around.
That looks exactly like my bike (Genesis TdF) anyway on mine for the fender it is mounted to a long (about 3cm) stand off on that side from factory.
My mudguards came with a spacer to solve the same problem. It’s a hollow tube, usually supplied in more than one length. These can be bought online cheaply.
Spacers is the correct answer.
You’d probably get a long way before you had problems with a long bolt and a bunch of nuts.
Washer spacers and long bolt will do it
Use one of the (many) upper mounting points on that fork.
You have the fender mounts on the inside of your fork. They have little black plugs in them. You’ll need to cut the fender struts shorter and either bend new eyelets or buy some press fit eyelets. Mounting outside the brake caliper is unnecessary.
