have 5 water bottles on board with ~4 L of total capacity. Added my full packing list along with what bag everything is in. Did an overnight that worked out pretty well, but that was only 80 miles total. This Friday-Sunday is two nights camping out and 300 total miles. There will be plenty of opportunities to refill water and refuel on after each ride, so I only need to carry fuel and water for each 100 mile day.
This is a baby step into this and I'd like to move on to some Northwoods bike packing next year, where I will need a water filter, jet boil, dehydrated food, etc, but I don't need that for this ride.

Main thing i see is the water.. Is there no options to refill along the way? 4 liters is a lot imo.
Apart from that, sram batteries should last more than 300 miles without a problem, i would charge them before the ride and spare the charger.
And how is the weather ? You have shorts, extra shorts, rain pants, track pants. 2 pants 2 shorts 2 bibs for 2 days? If its hot, take one short, if its cool, take one pant.
Depending on your stay you may also wash your cycling gear after your ride, so you dont need a spare bib or jersey.
Other things i see: Tyre pressure gauge, 4 types of knifes, pliers multitool.
Seems like a lot weight in the water side of things. Do you not think you’ll be able to stop and refill when a couple of bottles are empty.
For eg, I’m planning on 10 days going through the Spainish interior and will only be taking 2x 950ml bottles. I’ve plotted a route going through lots of tiny villages that have bars, shops and at the very least, public water fountains.
You will know the answer when you get back. No one can answer that for you
A multitool, Leatherman and a pocket knife?
I starter touting with a full bag of tools. Last trip I only took a small light multitool for quick repairs. To do a full repair you’ll always find someone with some tools along the way.
Take one pair of underwear and one tank top. Leave the pressure gauge at home. If youre bringing a Leatherman, dont pack other knives too
Check what you did not use when you get back. And then account for the weather you did have and the weather you missed (like rain, snow, freezing cold, etc.) and add that to a separate list.
