Stem was straight trash from the box, unfortunately I’ll have to buy a seatpost new as the size is uncommon, friction shifter/brake levers and free hub next.

You can tighten up the factory stem. It looks goofy, but seems to be fine once I dialed in the tension. Sucks that you have to, but you can do it.
I split two freehubs in half on cheaper bikes less than 200 miles so be careful out there. They were oem not an upgrade.
that new seatpost will take off like 3lbs of weight lol those kinds of seatposts may as well be lead pipes. second upgrade i would make is some mt200 brakes
