Is there a better photo of the logo? I think it says BASIC which is going to be nearly impossible to search. Maybe a Google image search or AI search of the logo might turn something up. Any noteworthy parts? The general look of it is that of a ~2010 “Walmart fixie”. I doubt it is a Walmart bike in your case.
