I’m 5”2 and looking for a hybrid bike for fun rides around nyc. Some commuting. Mostly just fun rides after / before work.
Came across this Giant for $400. It looks like an escape? Not sure and the owner doesn’t know either. It is a size small tho so it’s a good fit for me. Should I go for it? I’ve been looking for a bike on FB but all the ones I like keep getting sold / the deal falls through lol. I guess I should ask for more photos before seeing it in person.

Yes although 400 seems very steep. Looks like a base model to me.
It is a nice bike, set up for your needs. I am uncertain about the price, others will surely have thoughts.
Offer threefiddy and see what they say
For 400 id get a Nice road bike with better components and lighter which would motivate You to train more and go further. Of you don’t care about price or training go for it but make a lower offer
