I installed these schwalbe pro ones (tube type) on my canyon ultimate in 2021 and haven’t ridden them in 5 years. Are they still save to ride or should I replace them?

UV exposure causes compounds to degrade. If they haven’t experienced long/much exposure, you might give them a shot. I’ve got plenty of old low mileage tires I wouldn’t give a second thought to and I run tubeless. They usually are kit for events where you wouldn’t want a failure
