    You are all good.

That can be normal, kinda, depending on whether the front uses a thru axle or a quick release style axle, but it is worth checking before riding hard. When I built my first boxed bike, the thing that mattered most was confirming the wheel was fully seated, the axle was tightened correctly, and the brake rotor was centered with no rubbing. A [bike torque wrench](https://featherab.com/shopit?q=bike%2Btorque%2Bwrench) is useful here because stems, bars, seatposts, and axles can feel tight by hand while still being wrong. Also check tire direction, brake lever firmness, derailleur shifting, and that the front wheel cannot move side to side. If anything feels loose, have a shop do a quick safety check before trail use.
