Those stem shifters and brake extensions mean that the bike was made during the 70s bike boom into the early 80s. It was an entry level bike. I would be a lot happier at 150-175 but it does look cleaned up well for sale.
The bike isn’t bad, but its a bit on the entry level side, so if that’s US dollars I’d say that’s kinda high. Also its huuuge, it’s not often you find a bike with a headtube that’s as long as the fork blades are. You’re tall, but I wouldn’t be surprised if its still too big for you.
