Hand drills are very weak, less then 150w peak I think. So it will run for a very little bit, very slowly, then die

I feel like it would work well once you’ve already got the momentum going but would suck for starting speeds. I bet you could coast for a while with that going.

Drills have a mechanical brake what stops the chuck from spinning the instant pressure is removed from the trigger. If that drill is directly coupled to the front wheel mechanical drive, hitting a bump and accidentally letting off the trigger sounds like a nice otb moment.
