So, after listening to your advice, I decided to remove the rim tape and clean the wheel. There was a lot of rust inside, but luckily, I managed to clean out the dirt somehow.I also ordered a puncture repair kit, but after two failed attempts to patch the tube, I just decided to order a brand new one. Right now, I'm just waiting for it to arrive.
Thanks again to everyone for the advice!!!

But….. did you get a proper rim tape?
Replace the rim tape. Eliminate anything that could be cause.
Please tell me you put some rim tape on before you installed the tube and tire.
before you install your new tire, but after you put in your rim strip, swab down the area with a dry cotton-ball. if it snags on anything investigate it. Also do this on the inside of the tire.
