Upgrades in order of occurrence:
- S&M Credence XL Bars (9.25")
- Odyssey Aaron Ross Keyboard v1 Grips
- S&M Enduro v2 40mm Stem
- Kink Pillar 2-Piece Cranks in 170mm (24mm BB)
I'm still on the original tires, so despite riding this bike a lot, it's mostly seen smooth skateparks.
I'm 36, 5' 11". I grew up riding dirt bikes and BMX, so progression at the Skatepark is fun, but also significantly more painful than crashing on grass and dirt. I ride in a way that keeps me happy. That's what bmx is about, right‽

Pretty sweet, I find the model C a good riding bike that you can also take into the park.
How is riding the 24”?
I’m debating getting one as trying to get back into bmx at 30 but my old bike (20.75”) feels small, so can’t decide between getting taller bars and longer top tube would be better choice
How do you like the bigger bars on it?
Those S&M bars with that frame and forks is sexy as hell.
I had the Sunday discovery bars on mine helped a lot with my posture but the top tube is too short kept hitting my knee on the stem
