My 76 yr old shorty, can't flip the back wheel under; so we use the kickstand; Parking on uneven ground or the wind will take the bike down.
So if you have a rack and see the fender going off cntr, take look at the stays.
I straightened the stays but getting the bolt back in through the triangle was a struggle.
As far as I can see, the triangle wasn't harmed at all.

It looks hella bent.
That bike is looking very wonky something’s very amiss with that.
Is the rear wheel bent? Might just be the picture angle though
