Disc brakes on a kids bike? Daaaamn standards are high now :V
Can you get your kid to get my daughter (6) to stop riding her 12” bike? lol

We went with Guardian bikes. She spent 4 months tooling around as a strider/balance bike. Then, one Sunday asked for pedals. I got all of like 50 feet with my hand on the seat before she just rode away from me. Both the proudest and saddest moment. I never got to push her down the street. But she is a beast on the bike.

I see a Key Construction truck in the background which means you’re either in Wichita, Dallas, or Tulsa. I’m in Wichita.

Never seen a kids bike of that size with diskbrakes before, very cool. Ride on little one!

Is that a Radio Zuma? We tried getting one of these when my kiddos were transitioning through that age, but they were always sold out, and barely existent resale market. Nice!

It does my old heart good to see a youngster on a bike. Yay!

Get her a pair of gloves. Inevitably, she’ll put them to good use. Exciting day nonetheless.

Please welcome her to the “Worldwide Bicycle Riders Club” for me.

My kid started out on a Razor-type scooter, so the transition to a small bike without training wheels was seamless. Great video of your kid. So cool to see their minds getting blown by “riding.” 🚲
