This in fact under the law is exploitation and abuse of an elder something he seems to have ignored and apparently was reluctant to deal with I had done what he suggested by contacting DWP but they themselves were reluctant to deal with a fraud, a fact I shall be raising with them at a later date . At the moment I am dealing with this matter that I am proposing to take to the community following what I perceive to be threats from that officer .
