If my bike has eyelets in the back can I put on some type of rack like the second picture? Also what exactly goes in the “accessory port” of the last two pictures

Those are fender mounts. You might be able to do some finagling with offset spacers and such to make it work, but imo it’s way more work than it’s worth, and no guarantee of success.
If you want a bike like the one in the photo, I sincerely suggest you just shop for an old fully rigid 26er.

The port is for a Trek specific rear rack. Might be hard to find though.

Those holes on your fork are typically for fenders, not racks.
I have no idea what that “accessory port” is.

The big hole on the back is for Trek specific accessories.
The holes at the bottom of the fork are fender only(no extra support for a rack, usually rack eyelets are on the front side of the fork). But there are some racks and separate rack mounts that are meant to work with Quick Release wheels and dropouts like this. Head to your local shop and they might be able to hook you up.
There are also racks that mount on your brake bosses, although they are generally smaller and can’t take as much weight.
The middle hole above the front tire can work for either rack or fenders.

I think you know what goes in the accessory port
