  1. As a beginner , what to use – retinol/retinal/ retinoid. Tretin 0.025 is prescribed for my dark neck amd i tried it on my face for a month once a week. Skin little tender amd mild redness and mild purginv for the next two to three days but no flakiness, peeling, irritation amd burning. I stopped using it for now.

  2. When I was using Tretinoin, my derm told me I shouldn't apply the cream directly after washing my face. He was right, because after my skin adjusted I tried applying it directly after a shower, and it really irritated my skin. I assume this has something to do with the water causing deeper absorption? Would moisturizer have the same type of effect due to water content?

  3. Hey I have tubes of Arazlo and Finacea in the box with great expiry dates for sale for $150. Using them has literally changed my life. Reply to comment if interested

  4. Donโ€™t know if youโ€™ll see this or reply, have a question about your Major Fade moisturizer. Iโ€™ve been using it since you came out with it and absolutely LOVE it but all the sudden the smell has changed, I thought maybe it had gone bad sending to me in Alaska but my second one they sent me for free, because of the other one possibly going bad, smells the exact same.. Maybe this smell is a new formula? Just want to make 100% sure. Have to be honest, it has a sour smell now.. and not your normal vitamin C smell ๐Ÿ˜ž๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ

  5. pls do a fresh video on 2026 about the use of retinols, retinals and tretinoin.

if i still have over the counter retinols and celimax and prescription tretinoin 0.025, can i use them in alternate days?

so the other days we use gentle ones and maybe once a week, prescription tretinoin.

    what do you advise. thanks.

ps. i dont have acne skin, im just turning 45 in 2026 and want to maintain good skin

    thank you ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

  6. So I put this on my face my neck my shoulders behind my neck my arms I kid you not behind my ears
I'm a home health nurse I'm out in the field so regardless of any ladies are men do if you don't apply sunscreen sunscreen sunscreen sunscreen throughout the day don't even bother doing any beautiful treatments to your face

The song is the worst major you can possibly have and I always reapply my sunscreen every 3 hours

Add hydration don't need a lot of products this young lady here the doctor you don't really need a lot of product just find the product that's going to work for you

  7. I have destroyed my skin multiple times believing dermatologist hype over retinol. Not doing it anymore. I prioritize barrier care and my skin looks younger and healthier than it did 20 years ago.

  8. Iโ€™ve been clicking the mute and โ€œnot interestedโ€ โ€ฆ and this ladyโ€™s overconsumption content is still being shoved down my throat. I donโ€™t consent to this. YT you need a blocking feature.

  9. In the PM I wash my face and then apply my Purito moisturizer to damp skin, let it dry and then go in with my tretinoin on top. Itโ€™s always worked like a charm for me. โค In the AM I use micellar water, then splash with water, apply my serum and finish off with major fade disco block SPF 50. ๐Ÿ˜Š Iโ€™m oily so I only use serum and apply major fade spf as my moisturizer and sunscreen. Thank you for sharing this helpful short video. I know a lot of people (myself included) wonder about application and layering skincare. I love when awesome derms such as yourself share this type of information with us. I hope you continue to do skincare product usage, application and layering tips for both am and pm. I would LOVE to see another full demo of you applying your AM and PM routine. I think you may already have done some though. I always just HOPE Iโ€™m applying everything right and hope for the best lol! ๐Ÿ˜‚โค My dermatologist is fantastic but sometimes visually seeing how you actually apply things is very helpful! ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿค— love your videos!!!

  10. If you're a beginner with sensitive skin, then ditch the serum and simplify as much as possible.
Gentle cleanser > Moisturizer > Tret > Moisturizer (sandwiching optional)
Start 2x a week. Pea sized only.
