Sepp Kuss completes his trilogy by winning stage 19 of the Giro d’Italia 2026. After winning already in the Tour de France and the Vuelta a Espana, this victory was the one that he dreamed of.

  1. I remember Jonas saying in ~2021 that he's not really a leader type. And you can see he's not, in the sense that he's quiet and often looks to others for decisions – e.g. that scene in a Visma documentary from some years ago where he's asking the team when the right timing would be for an attack in an upcoming stage, only for Sepp to tell him "it's your call, boss". But when it comes to him acknowledging the need of others to be recognised and given a chance to go for stage wins, he's the best leader imaginable. Great to see this kind of harmony inside the team.

  2. Hey kept thanking jonas because jonas could have road away with the win. And sepp won without jonas towing him to the finish line which wojld have been less cool. Great win

  3. Stepp is one of the best cyclists in the world, but he rarely gets the chance to ride for his own victory because he's always working for his leader. I'm so happy for him—he's such a humble and kind man😊

  4. Wow, Sepp is a warrior. He deserves it. He has always been in the mountains helping his teammates. What a great team. Next to win a stage should be Victor C.

  5. I love how this team is one big “bee hive”. Everyone works for anyone within the team if they have a chance to win (male and female teams both on the same level), and can be so appreciative of eachother in all kinds of races, be it one-day classics to weekly or 3-week long tours. Everybody gets to show what they are made off and what their talents are. Congratulations Sepp and Jonas, but also to Victor and Tim, … class acts each and everyone of them

  6. I love this team!! The best team in the Peleton by far. Thank you for making these beautiful memories and thank you for giving us such beautiful clip .

  7. The reason he can go for the stage is because he and the team have worked so hard for Jonas for the past 18 stages – and, of course, because Jonas is so strong. Watch now how deep Sepp will go for Jonas in July.

  8. …so many comments – because Sepp is beloved worldwide! He gives Americans a little (A LOT) something to be proud of these days — thanks so much Sepp & Team Visma! ✨✨🌞🌞💖💖💯💯

  9. I really love the friendship and cammeraderi they have on Visma. It's so clear that Sepp means the world to Jonas. Sepp won the Vuelta due to Jonas keeping Roglic in check a couple of years ago aswell and he is just so outspoken about those on the team who deserve their own victories and that joy!. Go bees!

  10. Sepp is such a f*cking soldier. He would have forfeited this chance in a moment if Jonas or management felt it shouldn't happen. The fact they wanted him to have this chance really is special because he wasn't going to Ciccone that opportunity.

  11. One of the very select few American cyclists that are not pretentious, arrogant pricks. Sepp Kuss is one of the great ones.

  12. That has to be the most significant pain face I have ever seen on him. But bravo, Seppy. You continue to amaze, and your attitude continues to be just the best. I love this relationship there seems to be between all the riders. It's refreshing.

    Well done on the trifecta
