Hi All
So i had a return visit to the Superbike Factory in Crawley West Sussex this week, and noted that prices seem to be coming down a little. I was also interested to see what sorts of bikes are flying of the showroom floor. There certainly seems to be a trend towards sports bikes from this store, plus a demand for 125cc new rider bikes.

Your delusional. Those bikes weren't sold, they were parked up waiting work. I know this for a fact. Just because they are behind the sold tape doesn't mean they're sold
some have a hardon for superbike factory because of their finance model, who gives a crap how they do business if they are selling bikes for low cost and helping bikers to get on the road is my question….Nobody is forced to take finance and more bikers is good news imo
Tried to buy a bike from them in Crawley. Absolutely rubbish. They wanted me to go through a full credit check without offering a quote for the credit. Also son in law did buy a brand new bike from them . Only one key supplied and they don’t want know. I’ll never use them.
I don’t know why you give them the time of day.
Thanks. Harley was amazing.
. . . Being of six foot stature I applaud the new rendition of Stelvio' ! . . . Must have in my respect . . . T/C/E
you can buy a new pre reg RE 650 for £3999….
I hope the buyers of used bikes have better luck than me. Every used motorcycle I've ever bought had problems and the bikes looked almost new…the owners were not honest with me. It's a good thing I knew how to work on them, it saved me a lot of money. When I sold my bikes after having them for years they were in good condition because I had taken care of them. Good Luck.
Brought back memories of Jordans in Hull that just sold motorcycles in the 50s and 60s hundreds of British motorcycles on 2 floors, what would they all be worth now?
They only sell disappointing dreams. Every bike if seen purchased from them , have problems. Faults any other bike shop would address before selling. These need shutting down .. Ripoff
Complete sheisters, flogging other people's old crap & nothing is prepared or even cleaned. Take a look at their 'service bay'. Not a single tool on the wall!
15 bikes a day with their additional 'admin' fee on top is great business!
Superbike Factory are 'We Buy Any Bike', same company. Pile 'em high and sell 'em cheap is the ethos, seems to work for them. They're a finance company more than a bike seller, they don't want to know if you want to pay cash, they want to get you on credit at mad APRs.
Liking both the Interceptor with the rear rack and that tidy Scram!
No sound till around 2.30 – when you're on the bike – sounds sort of like you're talking – but barely.
£44 a month to get on the road – not so bad.
Bought a scooter once from a superbike factory (tmax500). Decent price and all went well. Paid cash.
I sold my bike to these people last year – a Harley Davidson Ultra Limited. I probably got £2K less that’s I might have privately but it was so much less hassle and, frankly, I’m in the bracket that values my time over money. I feel that Superbike Factory are taking over the second hand bike market in this country. Whether this is a good or bad thing I don’t know, but they’re damned easy and convenient to deal with.
Castle Donnington superbike factory 😢 I asked why are most of Yr bikes looking dirty ,they said they don't do anything on the bikes until there sold ,,,,, I would never buy a dirty unloved bike ,so superbike factory clean the bikes ,,, must try harder ,,,,
I had a VanVan as a commuter, l then didn't need it and wanted to buy a Harley they had. They offered me a lowball price, l was actually fine with that but l knew VanVans were rising in value, l sold it privately within days for a huge % more. I still wanted the Harley but l was hounded by them with msgs, calls and emails from different guys still trying to get me to trade the VanVan! That cost them the Harley sale and still they hassled me for months….never again.
Thieves as far as Im concerned. Got £4100 for an imaculate 2016 S1000XR, had it up for £6,700 a few weeks later. They are serving morons who are too scared to buy privately, or just want the finance.
Is this the old P&H site, I bought an ex demo off them back in 2019
Went there today with my Son to look at a bike, some very nice stock there 👍👍
Google reviews are pretty damming.
I bought a classic from them a couple of weeks back, love the bike and service was great……. Until they had my money.
The bike was given to me with a short mot, with promises of a new one (my fault, I should of checked before signing) but they just ignored me after I rode away, and also the speedo started playing up the next day, they have a 30 day warranty but I just couldn't get a reply or an answer back from them, they didn't want to know.
Love the bike now I'VE sorted it.
Great selection of bikes but I won't use them again…… It was just a speedo, could of been a lot worse and had absolutely no aftersales care.
Credit company
Stack 'em high and sell 'em cheap. Maybe a good model for a super market but for motorcycles? I'm not so sure. My first thought as a potential purchaser would be if they're shifting that many bikes where are the army of mechanics that they need to employ to carry out comprehensive pre delivery checks? I haven't been to this particular branch but the one I visited had a very small workshop area. My advise to anyone buying a bike from The Superbike Factory would be to put a good chunk of money aside and take it straight to a reputable bike shop to have it checked out and all the defects sorted. One a friend bought failed an MOT test at his local shop the next day! The Superbike Factory were nowhere near as forth coming in addressing the issues as you indicated. I agree it's a great place to get an idea of what you want but I'll not be buying anything from them.
Great review thanks 👍
I was in the MK one yesterday. A good selection of bikes.
There are some good bikes at SBF and to be honest reasonably priced. However, they advertise online deals at 9% APR. You will never get that deal. The danger of this is, you visit the shop sit on the bike and that`s it they got you. I offered 6200 cash or bank transfer on a bike advertised at 6500. They said the bike will only sell at the price they give. So I said i would buy on credit. They did the sums and it was going to cost me just under 3000 for the privilege. So I offered 3000 as deposit and guess what the overall figure hardly changed. So in effect borrowing less cost more. Even the fella dealing with it couldn`t explain why. SBF get paid 500 for commission, 179 for admin and then something else i cant quite recall. Basically, they make as much money as profit on the bike through hire purchase and that`s why they can sell at a competitive price. Stack em high sell em cheap! The finance companies and SBF laughing all the way. And who can blame them? Excellent business model.
First 4mins you you you I thought it was a channel about motorcycles?
Isn't that P&H?
It's not young people buying 125s it middle aged, migrant Uber eats and Deliveroo riders!
17 year olds can't afford the insurance
Superbike tend to sell Bikes that haven't got service history and they don't prep them; stack high sell them low, they also offer very low trade in value, You pay your money
A debt trap for young riders.
Grab a reg off one and fill in a what they’d offer back if you’d bought it
They sale 15 Bikes a day how i see no people at al of is it early in the morning 🙄 They sell only 2e hand bikes ??
Why do people make these posts and just chat shit and show you nothing, total waste of time.
Cost over the quality of service, just another Arnold Clark where we lost so many independents. They undercut smaller bike shops and make the money on finance. I would rather give my money to a dealer who goes above and beyond with old fashioned service who is there when you need them. Build up a relationship with an owner you can trust.
