This is my dream bikepacking trip from Austria to Passau, Germany. The bicycle tour will take me along the Danube River, through beautiful towns in Austria and Germany. I must contend with a storm and my inability to pack enough food, but the upsides outweigh the challenges. I get to enjoy delicious food, drink great beer, and explore charming small cities, as well as the scenic countryside of Austria. A Storm, Injury, and No Place to Sleep?

Another great video my friend!
As a vegetarian,,, I always wonder if I would get desperate enough to break my vegetarian diet,,,, cause sometimes bike camping options can be limited,,, especially when we don’t plan ahead!
Excellent video thanks for sharing your beautiful ride
I never use google just use kamoot
Great video Jonny! Nothing like enjoying the bike, scenery, and eats only to have to turn on the jet engines to get to camp! Have you encountered any other bike tourer/packers along the way?
Too blessed 😡
Great video, Jonny! Glad you got to make this dream trip, looking forward to part 2
If you haven't tried an European 'Fanta' and you are familiar with the American/Canadian 'Fanta', I think you will be suprised. Give it a try! 🙂Really enjoyed this video! Greetings Ben
Nice to see you enjoying your trip! Greetings from Munich 🥨🍻
That was quite a camp site view. Thanks for sharing!
Nice video…. How much are the camp sites in Austria?
Oh man, never rely on Google for cycling navigation, it's just garbage. Komoot or Mapy are much better (and also better check both for a second opinion, cause they can still send you on some funky paths sometimes)
Awesome video!
Pretty great adventure, enjoy
Think I should try out the Danube bicycle trail then! This looks gorgeous
Hi Jonny. I love your enthusiasm about Austria. How can one not be so. I have cycled the route you are doing with my wife about 17 yrs ago and also the Inn cycle path which you would love
My routine similar to yours on subsequent trips I sat the end of the day. Shower and beer; shnitzel and bed
Nice video! I recommend you do not use G Maps, it's bad for biking IMHO…I use OsmAnd, which is based on Open Streetmap, it's much better
