FYI…the bag thing is policy because orders get stolen so often the need to make sure you are legit. Also there are a bunch of asshats that don’t put hot food in thermal bags and the customer gets cold food and then complaints to the restaurant so it’s part of their policy to also ensure that you’re delivering the food hot and fresh.
