half-hearted- on November 18, 2023 12:37 pm hard to be sure, but it looks like it was put together by someone who knows what they were doing. the handling might be twitchy with a stem that short. if it fits you, gears, brakes work, frame isn’t cracked anywhere… you’re unlikely to get cheaper!
