It would be nice to see the other side of the bike. In general that sounds like a good price.
The other thing to check is how the seat attaches to the frame. The bolt half way below the seat is giving me concern that the bike uses a seat mast. That is a bike that foregoes a traditional seat post and seat tube. In a mast the seat post is physically bonded to the frame. The only way to change the seat height is to cut the mast. Once it is cut there is very little adjustably up. If you need a cm or two of more height there is no way to do that with a mast.
