Note: This isn’t my bike, but I’m running basically the same specs and trying to decide if tan walls would be the move or if I should stick with all black.
But usually after checking the tires you want, the price, the availability, you often don’t have any choice left for color.

Tanwall, especially on a bike that has no color accents!

Go with one for now and once you need to replace your tires, go with the other. Both look great and that way you will appreciate the change down the line.

The tan look cooler.
Some unsolicited advice: your saddle angle looks way off.. Unless this was advised to you by a professional bikefitter to remedy some sort of ailment, I would seriously consider adjusting it. Or if you need this saddle angle to be comfortable on the bike, you desperately need a bike fit.

Tan is more stylish but I have had issues with my tubeless setup staying airtight. Air started bleeding out the tan walls.

More often than not, the tan equivalent of a black tire is slower and less puncture resistant than it’s black counterpart. Other times, it’s the opposite.
I don’t care enough about the look of my tires to pick one over another, I just want the fastest and most puncture resistant version of a tire.

I feel like the tufos are more yellow than really tanwall, so with tufos I’d go black, Schwalbe or Conti id go tanwall. Purely aesthetically ofc ^^

I‘d go tan for pretty much any frame color except white, pink, red and orange.

a white bike can be boring without a splash of colour, so tan.
