This is on my DT Swiss wheels. 12 speed Integra di2 groupset. I don’t have the bike in front of me right now but my notes say they are arc 1400 wheels with 240 hubs, 62mm deep.
I want to remove my cassette and apparently some cassettes can be popped off from the wheels and don’t need to be removed via lock ring. I’m giving mine a pretty good yank and it won’t come off. I of course don’t want to break anything.
Will someone advise? Thank you. Please let me know if you need any additional info.

Notice it says “LOCK” you need the tool to release it
All cassettes need a lockring tool to remove. Some freehub bodies can be removed from hubs without a tool, but the cassette will still be stuck to it without the lockring tool.
Cassette tool & chain whip, give it hell. Since you have DT Swiss you can just yank off your cassette with the freehub attached for easy freehub maintenance. Just make sure to use the appropriate freehub grease and freehub oil. YouTube University: Star Ratchet Service
Not sure what you mean by cassettes that pop off but yours definitely have lock rings.
Don’t pull on your cassette too hard or you’ll yank your driver body off. DT Swiss hubs can remove the free hub with zero tools but all cassettes need a lock ring tool and chain whip/chain pliers. Side note, the easily removable driver on DT Swiss hubs is why I run them. I can switch it between HG, XDR and Microspline and use them with different drive trains so it is a benefit to have that, just be careful.
