Hello, I am a woman and looking to buy an Endurace Allroad. Of course…. I am between sizes S and M. I am 178cm/83 inseam. I have long arms.
My favourite bike to ride was a 90s Raleigh which was compact and nimble, and 56cm frame.

It appears you are looking for bike fitting help. Please make sure you post as screenshot of the Canyon size chart for your bike, with your point in it. See [this example](https://imgur.com/a/ALUfXyy)

I am 175cm and 82cm and have a small and pretty sure I would be happy on an XS with an 120mm stem. I would go with the small. I would not be happy with a medium.
