Hit tbh, contrasts nicely with a pale red
Looks gorgeous. I think you need bar tape to match the sidewalls now.

When I put them on they were looking quite different from what I was expecting but I’m happy you like them.
I couldn’t quite put the finger on it, but just realized the colour scheme reminds me of these Spanish ice lollies I used to eat as a kid
