What’s going on the seatpost mount?
Do you feel better or worse about the forecast today? What tires can that frame clear? I’m going to be on 45s and my frame can clear 50 🤷♂️
To be honest, the real cost of unbound is sacrificing the bike. The conditions are absolutely brutal, and the mud usually messes up the frame pretty badly
Good luck! I ran unbound in 2023 on 40s and it was a mudfest that year. The 50s will be perfectly fine. Be prepared for your bike to take a beating tho. Are you doing the 100 or 200?
I’m an Emporia local doing the 200 and I’ll be running the same tires.
I’ve done the 100 3 times never used bigger than a 45. Never had a flat either
You’ll be fine. Just don’t insist on riding through stuff that you know damn well you shouldn’t ride through 😂
I’ve done 3x 200’s and something like 4x 100’s. Back again this year for the 200, working towards my 5x finishes.
