I just tumbled on your videos a couple of days ago and I am enjoying your experiences.
I live in Yorkshire and my two favourite hiking locations in England are The Yorkshire Dales (to the West of The North Yorkshire Moors) and The Lake District – even further West. In Wales, it's The Brecon Beacons for me and pretty much anywhere in rural Scotland is amazing. If you ever find yourself in Yorkshire again, I think Alpay would like The Yorkshire Wolds (South of The North Yorkshire Moors) as the hills are gentle, rolling and green. Plus the locaton is handy for York and the Yorkshire coast, as well as very pretty villages and grand buildings in tiny towns, like Beverley Minster.
Try the lake district loverly inspring and summer but can get busy

You must do the English South West Coast Path through Cornwall, or sections of it, it is amazingly beautiful!

Great to see your family enjoying the UK. It is truly a hidden gem. You can also experience bigger varieties of wild ponies in the New Forest in Dorset. But I recommend the following
1) Lake District in Cumbria
2) Isle of Skye in Scotland
