50,000 Russian Soldiers STRANDED — The Collapse Nobody Can Stop Now | Ben Hodges
⚡ DEVELOPING: 50,000 Russian soldiers are operating right now inside a logistics and command system that is no longer functioning at the level required to sustain them. Not surrounded. Not captured. Stranded — receiving orders through degraded communications, waiting for ammunition that arrives days late, holding positions with supply buffers measured in days rather than weeks. And the trajectory of what is happening to that system has no credible path to reversal on the timeline the operational situation demands.
Retired U.S. Army General Ben Hodges delivers a full operational breakdown of the logistics collapse unfolding in the eastern theater — what is failing, why it cannot be fixed, and why the collapse that nobody can stop now is already underway.
🔍 IN THIS VIDEO:
The three critical vulnerabilities in Russian logistics — rail infrastructure, road transport, and forward supply points — that Ukraine has been systematically exploiting for eighteen months
How sustained Ukrainian strikes against rail nodes, logistics vehicles, and forward supply points have extended Russian resupply cycles from daily to three to five days
Why the command architecture degradation compounds the logistics failure in a self-reinforcing cycle that cannot be managed through normal military reconstitution
The human dimension — what it means for a Russian soldier to operate inside a system that is failing to provide him with ammunition, communications, and medical evacuation
The medical dimension of logistics failure and how casualty care shortfalls are compounding the order refusal dynamics already documented in Russian units
Why all three degradation processes — logistics, command, and unit cohesion — are operating simultaneously and each is making the others worse
What the difference is between a temporary supply disruption and a structural degradation that has passed the threshold of recovery
Ben Hodges’ full assessment of whether Russian forces retain sufficient institutional resilience to stabilize the situation
📌 This is not a front line update. This is the operational anatomy of a military logistics system in structural collapse — and why the outcome it is producing cannot be stopped by the forces currently available to Russian command.

The Falaise pocket, round 2. Get it right this time!
The Ukraine war ends when 130 Ruzzian oligarchs run out of things to loot.
This war was modeled after the Barbarossa plans of 1941. Now it's winding down like 1944.
AI. I think the content is relatively OK, but I have a problem with an AI Ben Hodges masquerading as the real thing.
Sensational documentary. 👏👏
More manure. No facts.
Hokey AI slop. Look close, he is not actually sitting on that chair! All fake.
Russia is being hollwed out from behind. No logistics or supplies means a Putin's army is like a withering appendage.
Too much repetition of good content
Wow, I wish people would STOP with the colored highlighted text! It is so distracting and if someone has trouble hearing they can always hit the CC button that does a much better job.
Why the use of AI in these video? I am not doubting this is even Gen Hodges. Slava Ukraine
AI dubbed.
Your logic sir, is undeniable and would probably be applicable to most armed forces but not all armed forces. As an ex-sapper who served in Germany during the 1970s and 1980s I attended many lectures and video presentations about the Soviet army.I've heard the dying gasps of Soviet tankers on the river bed where their tank had stalled submerged under the flowing river. I've spoken to Russian ex-army personnel after the Berlin wall came down trying to sell theor weapons, uniforms and even their medals. The Russian army is built on pain and suffering especially the lower ranks. We used to laugh about it and couldn't understand why it was accepted but only later did I realise that that was how Russians function. They have been conditioned to suffer, tolerate and accept conditions that others wouldn't. It's been going on for centuries and the ruling classes have always treated people this way, both their own and all others. Human life is just an expendable resource to be used and managed as required. Russian soldiers have a threshold for neglect unimagineable for most Westerners. yes , there is always a breaking point but the Russian breaking point far exceeds that of most others. They don't expect to be well treated, well fed, well equiped and well led at any percievable level. You ,better than most, know the first rule of conflict. Never underestimate your enemy. I hope all of your predictions become reality but we can't rely on it.
Sorry, but Artificial Ben Hodges lacks credibility.
Is this AI? He says nothing that is new. The Russians are doing the same thing to Ukrainian troops.

Fantastic information and analysis, General. From South Carolina USA.
Russian forces are attacking Kyiv with ballistic missiles, and a series of powerful explosions have rocked the capital.
Details: Residents of different areas of the capital report at least six powerful explosions.
"The capital has been hit by a massive missile attack. More launches are possible. Stay in shelters!" said Timur Tkachenko, head of the KGVA.

Literally, the Armed Forces: "High-speed target for Kyiv."
Volodymyr Zelenskyy, citing U.S. and European intelligence stated that Russia may be preparing a strike using the Oreshnik missile.

lets hope they capitulate.

Why was my social media taken away? What's going on? 😢😢😢
Excellent in depth analysis of how logistical degradation affects the poor sods in the trenches.
The 3rd biggest killer of people in history is #1 Stalin #2 Hitler #3 Putin.
This looks and sounds like AI to me.
sounds like AI Not good Ben Hodges
Did Ben Hodges consent to his image being used by AI for this broadcast??
The end is nigh! This is what an alien invasion would look like, thousands of completely AI controlled drones thinning the flock!
May Satan and his disgusting Russia be defeated forever😊
Often through this war the Russian very front line forces have lived , died and suffered sickness from polluted drinking water , lack of food and ammo . But this shows a larger lack of logistic problems . Russians love the use of rail lines and i have been surprised that rail bridges have not been hit by small units of Ukraines armed forces in a one time high number targets . Normal rail lines the Russians are very good at fixing track .Targeting the oil refining and transport ports brings a smile . Truly Ukraine is the pride of the western world . Personal opinion .
Excellent commentary, thank you. So interesting to see that Russian disinformation is attacking you in the comments. You should take that as a sign of your effectiveness. Please continue – we so greatly appreciate your insight.
